L'obiezione di coscienza è propria delle democrazie, ovviamente. E l'obiezione di coscienza darà i suoi frutti. Il testo è lasciato volutamente in inglese, perché solo persone motivate lo leggano, lo traducano, se lo facciano tradurre da altri che lo leggono, lo traducono per sé e per altri, che lo leggano ad altri ancora, e... Una sola ulteriore precisazione: riportiamo il testo come esempio di obiezione di coscienza, obiezione anche in un contesto difficile, questo non implica lo schierarsi della redazione da una parte o dall'altra in un contesto così complesso.

* We, reserve combat officers and soldiers of the Israel Defense Forces, who were raised upon the principles of Zionism, sacrifice and giving to the people of Israel and to the State of Israel, who have always served in the front lines, and who were the first to carry out any mission, light or heavy, in order to protect the State of Israel and strengthen it.
